By using Charcha, you agree to use the app responsibly for household management and collaboration.

Household content

You are responsible for the accuracy of contacts, documents, reminders, budgets, health policy details, and other content added to your household.

No professional advice

Charcha may help organize health policy, budget, and household information, but it does not provide medical, legal, insurance, tax, or financial advice.

Third-party services

Calling, WhatsApp messaging, cloud hosting, app stores, and device contact libraries are third-party services and may have separate terms.

Subscriptions

Some features may be offered as an optional subscription through Google Play. Subscription pricing, renewal timing, cancellation, and refund handling are described at purchase and in our subscription terms.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, misuse another person's contact details, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app to harass or spam anyone.

Availability

We aim to keep Charcha reliable, but features may change, be interrupted, or require maintenance.

Account deletion

You may delete your account in the app or use the public account deletion process. You are responsible for exporting anything you need before deletion.
